Just wanted to share my experience. I ordered my dress since April. Boy, communication is a big issue, one question takes a week or two to be answered especially after you’ve paid.

Just when you thought you’ve discussed the details, weeks after they come back to you with wrong order info. It went on for 12 weeks, we kept going in circles over the same thing. They blame me for not being clear but I have used illustrations, pictures, and the most basic English I know. I have been consistent with my instructions but no one updates my order details correctly and timely. They never owned up their mistakes which is poor attention to detail. Imagine going around in circles over the same bloody thing for 12 weeks?!! A lot of time wasted and unnecessary stress becuase they dont read at all. No one updated my order details until I blew up and got extremely upset. They even blame me for asking questions where everytime I ask them 1 question I dont get an answer at all… They come back to me with 5 questions which are stupid because I have answered the same questions in the past many times. Excuse me?!?! Yes, they will push you to the edge, BEWARE.

It dragged for weeks until I have not enough time left. Then instead of actually owning up that they suck at their responses they told me that if I want the dress to made in time, I have to pay for rush fee. Sorry what?!?!? Were you not the reason again why I am in this situation now I have to pay rush fees? I didnt want to stress myself more so I had them rush the dress in 5 weeks.

Yesterday, I received the pictures and I nearly threw up. Its not at all the dress that I asked for. Its awful, ugly, not at all near the dress that I wanted. Despite sending them a gazillion pictures and slideshows. They managed to ruin the soul of the dress. Such a beautiful design only to be trashed by an inexperienced designer. Yes, you heard me, INEXPERIENCED. The dress is GARBAGE.

All they say is “Sorry for your negative emotions!” My question is “Had my experience been positive at all?!” HELL NO!

I am not stupid not to see through the bollocks. They delay you until you reach to a point where you have no enough time to finish the dress so you will pay rush fees. Then, they come back to you with mid production photos which are unacceptable finish aimed for you to make revisions so the time will drag again, then you will ask for more photos, then they will charge you $20 each time they take photos. And because you have no time left, then you have to opt for expidited shipping which will cost you another $50. It will add up and add up and before you know it, you already spent a lot more than buying from a retail shop. They are also very good at playing stupid, if you really know how to make a dress, it will not take you bloody 8 weeks to figure out what materials to use, what color is the dress, etc. It is all delaying tactics to get more from you which I find very dishonest as a business. I figured it out, but too late.

So far, up to this point all I get is blame from them, no solutions. They only see you as $$$. I never felt genuinely supported by anyone, no support at all, only blame and mind you I am the customer here. They only say sorry and make the same mistakes over and over again. They have no compassion to their customers at all, they put me through a lot of stress – not once but in the whole 4 months my stress lever shoots up to the roof all the time.

You are not saving money because the amount of stress they put me through wont make up to it. Its more of a suicide attempt, just go to shops where they know how to treat customers as people and not $$$.

I deal with Irina if that helps.

PS. My last post about this experience with Jasmines Bridal shop was deleted. This thread should not only cater to positives, people need to be warned about other experiences too like mine. It is not easy to go through this bad experience as a bride and people should be warned

If anyone would like proof, I am happy to send it all
