(Closed) My menu, worried it may not be enough

I think you should at least have enough of the main dishes, so people can have both..(beef and turkey)

People fill their plates when it is buffet style..which I am guessing this is…

We had some stationary horderves, as well as passed…we had enough stationary that everyone could have eight pieces of everything…when the bridal party was done with pictures everything was gone…luckily there was still plenty of passed..I am not sure why someone would take 8 shrimp..8 pieces of bruschetta.. and eight tomato and mozzarella skewers…plus three different hot passed horderves…sheeeesh lol 

And we also had a fruit display..veggie display ..and dessert display…don’t even get me started on the people that took five whoopie pies…I saw it on the wedding video …I am wondering if they had room for cake? lol

You should estimate 6-8 pieeces of hors d’ouevres per person.  I think that you should have more of the beef to serve everyone

Unless you know that many of your guests do not each red meat, you should probably have at least 60 servings of the beef. I’d guess that it’ll be just as popular as the turkey.

It might make more sense if you had less appetizer options but served 5 or 6 dozen of each. That way no one will miss out on an appetizer that they like.

Otherwise, everything sounds good!

I’d suggest more of each appetizer – consider how small a bacon wrapped scallop is, or just one meatball.  You’d want enough so each person could have at least one of each.  

It all sounds great though!

Definitely enough of every appetizer for each person to have at least 1 of each.  That will even everything out in the end for the piggies and the dieters. 😉

I would also add enough veggie and fruit trays for everyone, and more beef.
