You could always use your maiden name as your middle name now!

@mands_7:  NEVER heard of that before, but I’m sure it happens with names like that. Does it bother you? I would keep both names…Mandy Lee Lee (ok maybe not, it really sounds like a cartoon charachter.

p.s I don;t know if your name is Mandy I just guessed.

my best friend took a name that is one letter off from her first name. think “john johnson” or “jack jacks”.

The second I read your title, I thought of Lee!! And it is lee haha. I don’t think it means anything, people will only notice when it’s written out in front of them. And, most places only ask for middle initial! :)</p>

edit- you could change your middle name to elle so mandy elle lee. So.. mandy l lee. Just a thought 😀 you’re already changing your last name, you could do both .

@mands_7:  That is pretty funny! I would definitely move my maiden to my middle in that case, but Lee Lee also sounds really cute!

My middle name is Lee, too! I actually plan on taking my to be maiden name as a second middle name. I didn’t want to drop my name but Fiance and I both hated the way our names sounded hyphenated.

I dropped my given middle name and took my maiden name as my new middle name.  That sounds as if it could be a perfect solution for your situation.

Another vote for Your Name – Maiden Name – His Surname … for the format.  Lol, look at it this way… 3 names, and you really haven’t lost anything !!

My middle name is Lee and I used to laugh about this in high school (my entire homeroom had the last name Lee with some spelling). I think it is fun that it is happening to someone!

Like other suggested, if it bothers you you could alter your middle name a little (especially if you really go by mandy, thats a lot of “ee’s” right in a row).

I had a great aunt named Wanda May May.  I don’t know if it bothered her, but I know that she is my only great aunt whose full name I remember.

my mom and her ex-husband had the same first name, middle initial, and obviously last name after marriage. we had a great time confusing telemarketers, but it came back to bite her after the divorce. weird things started popping up on her credit report that were for the wrong person….
