I found mine stored away at my grandmas house! I mean a lot of it! So remember to ask friends and family if they have any you can borrow!

I have some milk glass bud vases that I bought at a thrift store and ended up not using. I think I have 4 or 5. I am just going to donate them back but if you want I can mail them to you. PM me if you want them.

Milk glass seems to be quite popular!! I am also collecting and found a lady on here MACEMOOSE who had some great milk glass for sale! Affordable also and super duper nice. I am excited to get mine in the mail. I have also been doing CList & yard sales! Also collecting dark cobalt blue tall bottles to put one stem flowers in all togther in a bunch.

wow! I see them all the time in thrift stores. I have been collecting them to but I think I have enough now. I also spend under a dollar a piece. When are you getting married? We could maybe work out something for you to borrow mine or I could collect some for you.

I am milk glass crazy and have spent a lot of weekends at the local flea markets collecting. My favorite piece is my punch bowl. I set my personal limit at $4 per piece, but have gotten a lot for $2 and some for $1. I think the lots of ebay tend to be way too pricey when you factor in the shipping.

i’m collecting milkglass too- i have about 45 pieces right now, am looking for 25 or so more. most of mine are from ebay, or the flea market… i wanted to stay under a dollar a peice, but not easy- milkglass is harder to find on the west coast.  makes me wish i had my granny’s collection.

I think I have only 150 milk glass pieces now. (YESSS!!)) I wouldn’t pay more than 50 cents for a bud glass and 1 dollar for a normal vase… so its taken me some time. I have purchased some bowls, plates and larger pieces for more. I am hoping this trend stays alive so I can sell my massive collection.

Its kind of fun to go out hunting too, I find one maybe two per store. Sometimes I get lucky and score a good dozen. I think the hunt is part of what makes it so fun to do.

My thrift shopping tip: Find a Goodwill outlet/distribution center everything is sold by the pound. At my store glass is 49 cents a lb and everything else is 1.49. I get lace and fake grenery for really cheap.
