No, she never has. Even her jeweler who cleaned it for her kept commenting on how beautiful and unique of a ring it is, how hard it is to find rings like this nowadays, and how he has rarely seen a ring like this and he has been in the business for 30 years. It made her see her ring in a whole new aspect because for the longest time, she didn’t realize how beautiful it was and didn’t think much of it. I didn’t either to be honest. She would literally cook in the ring even when she had to get her hands down and dirty in the food, make bread, clean, etc., and all the shine became dull over many years, it was tarnished, and the diamonds were surrounded by particles from cooking and other stuff that light was being blocked from hitting them. I wish I had a pic of the before. Big difference! When the jeweler gave it back to her, she said he made her promise him that she would take great care of this ring because it really is something special. His comment is what inspired me to share it with my fellow bees.

Beautiful! It actually looks very similar to the ring my mom wears (was my grandmother’s), and I am always drooling over it.
