so I’m super frustrated because I can’t seem to get a good picture of her to share. She does so many weird things to my camera. The photos don’t do her justice. She is super warm P-R color. She’s definitely going to become a solitaire in platinum or yellow gold or both. I’m torn between bezel or 6 or 8 prongs. I love the crown type settings. Brushed finish or maybe wheat engraving. What would you guys set her in? I’d love to hear your ideas and I’ll share some of my own.

I would go for either a double claw prong solitaire with hand engraving if I wanted a vintage look or a plain, polished bezel solitaire in either yellow or rose gold for a modern feel…the plus on that being the bezel setting is super secure without any snagging. If it is hard to narrow it down to one, ask yourself, do you want something modern or vintage? That diamond is BEEYOOtiful!!!! 😍😍😍😍

newbeegirl : I’m still swooning over yours. My is German graded. Vs2 P-R, either 1.28 or 1.31 (can’t remember) dimensions are 7.25 x 6.5 so it faces up a bit larger. Old mine oval. I love warm diamonds!!!!!
