I have also ordered my dress recently and waiting for it to come in. I have posted before a question about how to store a gown and most told me to wrap it with a white cotton sheet and let the dress breath a bit once in a while.

I suggest calling a local bridal shop in the area and let them know the deal. They would have some good recomendations for a place that can do dress conservation packaging. Women do this with their gowns after they marry and want to keep it in pristine condition. Call Filene’s actually and see what they suggest!

Mine is an a-line ballgown.  I don’t have any good pictures on hand at the moment. I had never heard of Reem Acra before I started going to stores, but I think her dresses are gorgeous! Love the fabric (which is why I, like you, am very interested in how to store it and keep it safe)!

I seen some drycleaners locally (Miami, FL) that advertize Bridal Dress Preservation. Try and see if they have some near you.
