Just got this is the mail as a wedding gift yesterday… and she is a beaut!!!
I am getting into baking a lot more… since I have discovered a kind of have a knack for it recently. Anyone have cleaning/care tips?
I friend of mine said in order to keep the shine on the bowl, to wash with a water/vinegar mixture.

I have no tips, what-so-ever, but I AM SO JEALOUS! I wanted to put one of these on the registry, but our current house has no counter space for it and that means I’d never use it.
Enjoy the baking!

@takemyhand: haha well it was one of those– ” I’ll put it on the registry and when wedding stuff is finally over thennnn I will consider buying it for myself” things. But we have gotten so many great things from family and friends I am seriously in awe! My jaw hit the floor when I opened the box and saw it!
I am thinking about running to the store and getting some ingredients to make my grandma’s chocolate chip cookies… but it is so shiny I almost don’t even want to mess it up… EVER!

Love it! I’m definitely going to put a green kitchenaid mixer on our wedding registry. And, I’ll be crossing my fingers to see who will buy it! lol

Lovely! Don’t be afraid to mess with the height to get the best performance with each blade. I’d also recommend at least one extra bowl.

I love our KitchenAid Mixer!! We have the white one. I’m really wanting to get the new mixing blade you can buy with a built-in spatula edge to scrape batter off the sides as it mixes. We also have the slicing attachment – very easy to use and great when I’m prepping for a party!
