That’s pretty cool. You’ll never lose your ring! I thought about getting something really small that would go under my rings.

@Gabbielynn:  I love it…that is actually something my Fiance and I have talked about doing someday as opposed to always having to wear rings! I must show him your post!

Cool! My only concern (as someone who has had a finely detailed tattoo for years) is that the thin lines will blur over time and color might fade.  It’s gorgeous and unique though 🙂

I’d love to hear what you decide for a wedding band, whether to add another layer of tattoo under it, or wear a thin band, or just leave it alone.

So cute! Me & fi had discussed getting tattoos for rings.. but decided against it.

We are considering doing an infinity knot on the side of our ring fingers, though.

Very pretty! Great you went with who you are. I have a friend who did the same with her husband. She loves it but after 10 years of marriage, she wants a metal ring, hehe. It will be nice adding it on top of her tatoo I think.

Would love the look of a metal wedding band just underneath your e-ring tatoo…

@Gabbielynn:  I love tattoos, but I’m terrible at enduring pain (I’m a big wuss lol).  We were actually considering getting a tattoo ring for my Fiance because he’s allergic to metals, but we ended up with a ceramic ring for him.

i have friends who did this as their wedding rings. they both said it was more painful than anything, but the tattoos are awesome.

here’s my “ring tattoo”. it’s a heart and crown to symbolize love and loyalty… i really need to get the color rephreshed. that’s something you’ll need to do about once a year if you want it to stay looking fresh

Your engagement ring is all about YOU and what YOU LOVE and what’s fitting for you. Fab idea. AND CONGRATS ON YOUR ENGAGEMENT!
