@nicci80:  nicci80, I got my dress from Ybridal. And just like you said it is beautiful and looks like the picture of it. it is amazing. I was nervous when I placed an order withe ybriddal. But, now, I feel relief. And also their customer service us very good. Perfect.

YBRIDAL IS RIPOFF!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They do not acknowledge mistakes, uphold return policy, or fix problem!!!! 3 LONG months later i’m STILL disputing transaction!!!!! they told me holes in dress were normal, then said that i cost them “big lose”. THEY COST ME A BIG LOSS! THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY WEDDING DRESS!!!!!

HOLES IN MY DRESS!!!!

FOLDS- IS IT 2 OR 1????? supposed to be 2! this is CLEARLY NOT RIGHT!

thanks @marrymetiffany. I noticed that also. If it’s a representative from their company, i’d like them to know EXACTLY how i feel and how my dress showed up. i’m STILL disputing this charge. it’s SO STRESSFUL and not needed.

@Ceci-HW: yes, you are very lucky, because if you DIDN’T receive a lovely dress guess what, they WOULDN’T CARE. They take your money and give you the middle finger.
