@TexasSpringBride:  It is possible to have early onset menopause at that age… My mother hit menopause at 35. Either way, I would deff take a pregnancy test just to be sure!!

Maybe its menopause starting.  With the combination of his vasectomy and your tubes I can’t imagine you would actually be pregnant but I’ve watched way too much I Didn’t Know I Was Pregnant to not be worried – go pee on a stick and put your mind to rest. CROSSING MY FINGERS FOR YOU.

I know my mom hit menopause around 40 so at 37 its not inconceivable.

@TexasSpringBride:  My aunt started her menopause when she was 37 and it continued for 10 or 11 years. My mom started her menopause a few years ago when she was around 45 and it finished within two or three years. Right after she started menopause, her period would skip two or three months at a time and mine often skipped with her. It was scary. o.0

I agree that denial won’t help you, though it seems very unlikely that you are pregnant. If the test comes out negative, I would still talk to your doctor and get a check up, just to be on the safe side.

Were you feeling stressed for any reason this month at all? Were you worried about something? Have you started spending a lot of time with other women? All sorts of stuff can alter your cycle.

Good luck!

My girlfriend went through menopause around 40. Another girl I worked with went through it at 26 (though that’s very unusual).

I’m glad you’re not pregnant since that’s what you wanted! I would definitely visit the doctor and have him/her run some tests to make sure you are OK.

@TexasSpringBride:  Good! You should probably go see your OB to see what is going on.  Early onset is possible…

I find whenever my weight flucuates that my period dates will change.  Might be possible that is what happened to you.  Best of luck.

I feel relieved for you! I remember one time I had a pregnancy scare & I thought my hair was going to fall out!
