Was all of the communication over the weekend? I bet she will get to is tomorrow once the work week begins. I suspect she was photographing another wedding on Saturday. Try not to stress about it too much.

I wouldn’t freak out that you didn’t hear from her on a weekend- it’s wedding season. She probably had a wedding to shoot yesterday, and today is probably her day off. I work at a very prominent wedding venue in Seattle, and most wedding professionals take Sundays and Mondays off. Please, please be patient, and try to call again on Tuesday. I know that it’s hard to wait, but you have to remember that wedding photographers are humans too, and that humans all need days off. ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m sure she’s not trying to ignore you or make you crazy. ๐Ÿ™‚

I’m sure you will get in touch with her soon, and when you do, maybe you could make an appointment with her to do a face to face meeting to go over everything for your wedding day. Since you haven’t spoken to her since March, it might make you feel better to go over everything face to face.

Try not to stress! ๐Ÿ™‚

Its going on Wednesday, so yes I think it’s appropriate to reach out to your photographer again since your wedding day is fast approaching. I would call this time instead of email.

I’m really curious to see who your photographer is ha ha because I hired a photographer from Seattle to do a bourdoir shoot with me and I haven’t gotten my pics yet… I emailed her a few days ago and still haven’t heard back from her. I know it isn’t as important as the wedding but I have 2 weeks and need to get DFs photo book done! Argh.

i had a hard time reaching my photographer at one point also, so i totally understand how you’ve been feeling. her facebook and youtube channels were still active, so i knew she wasn’t trying to hide, but i was still nervous. one number i had been using to reach her was disconnected, another was a wrong number, and my e-mails weren’t going thru, so i messaged her on facebook. fortunately, i was able to find another number thru a google search and had success with that one, and she did answer my facebook message. but the day or two i spent trying reach her/waiting to hear back felt sooo long!

@iheartsquishy:  Just FYI a lot of photographers use services like HootSuite to pre-plan Facebook posts.  Social media activity is not always an obvious indicator of life.
