@LemonLavender:  Plants are obligate carnivores – their teeth, the length of the digestive tract and digestive enzymes confirm this. They WILL eat couch grass to cleanse their digestive systems – this is instinctual. Catnip is for the high.

@trueblue14:  Okay, so they need some meat.  Well, actually, we’ve proved that need taurine (an amino acid that they can’t make themselves).  But that doesn’t mean plants are bad for them…

Humans have canines as well but we are omnivores and live just fine off plant-based diets.  Some argue that we live better, in fact. 

I’m just saying that science does not equal evil and natural REALLY does not equal good all the time.
