I hate to say it, because I love colored diamonds, but I think with that setting I would replace it with a clear stone or a colored stone that is more opaque.

The setting is incredible though! I love the half moon side stones! You don’t see them very often.

While I love it as it is,my answer to your poll would change based on what you picked first. If you picked the stone, loved it,and designed the ring around it,I would say keep the stone, and if anything change the setting to something that flatters it more. But if you love the design more than you love the center stone, then switch it out.I wouldn’t go clear for this ring though,I would put something vividly colored in it.Maybe go fancy yellow?

That stone needs to be replaced, but I would go with a more vivid stone.  A clear stone will blend into the setting.

I love the colored diamond..is it a champagne or brown?  Its hard to tell in the pic..a white diamond would be gorgeous as well..but I really love what you have!..it makes it more unique and vintage. but do what makes you happy girl! Your the one that has to look at it everyday!

beautiful! I say leave it as is….it makes it more unique with the colored diamond.  I’m sure it would be lovely either way…but I think a white diamond would just “blend” into the entire ring…just my opinion though.  Get what you love!

I would say keep it as-is, or switch to a diamond with more contrast.  I wouldn’t go to a clear diamond, I think the design of the ring is better with some color difference there.  But it does seem like maybe the color difference didn’t go quite far enough, with the diamond you currently have?  It might “pop” more if you got one that had a bigger difference.

I do love the current design of the ring, and wouldn’t change that!  I think it’s great.
