My first post here 🙂
The wedding is this October and the theme is autumn/harvest with Orange and Brown as our wedding colours.
I almost finished my Save the Dates yesterday with huge help from my friends. I still have to stick magnets at the back. There’s another part that is not finished (I want to bake a cookie with our names stamped on it and include it with the magnet).
The gray leaf is actually a scratch off part that will reveal the date for the wedding.

Thank you, everyone 🙂
I can’t take full credit for the idea, I found my inspiration here: http://www.invitationlane.com/NB99AR-15.html
Here are the instructions I followed on how to do the scratch off part: http://artmind-etcetera.blogspot.com/2009/05/how-to-make-scratch-off-lottery-tickets.html
The only thing I changed was – I added a drop of black paint as the silver one was too light and it would otherwise need two coats to cover the text.
@ iheartnerds Do you have many things done already? I only have the venue, my dress and, well,my save the dates.
