@caligirlSM – The invites are printed on white cardstock and then mounted on the silver and then attached.  I ended up having kinkos cut them (huge time savings).  What took me the most time  – probably 1st – just the design – I played with it forever. Once I finalized that  I spent nearly a week on drawing the silver stripe at the top of all the inserts (just in the evening after work).  It took me about three days to actually assemble them, including mounting, making the name tags, printing envelopes etc. Had I skipped the silver stripe and the inidivdual name tags it would have been much shorter. 🙂
