I apologize in advance for gloating!!
6 months ago I embarked on a journey I was not prepared for at all: making my own pocket invitations. I researched, or course, bought all the materials, and settled in, fully confident in my abilities, to hand-make over 200 of the biggest headache I’ve ever had in my life. I quickly realized that I was not as artistically gifted with a paper cutter thing as other DIY brides and had to come up with a compromise. I still refused to pay over $1 a piece for my invitations, and simply could NOT do all this cutting, folding, pasting, printing, etc. myself. So I loaded up my paper and went to Staples! One week and $50 later I got the invitations I always dreamed of! I am so proud of my accomplishment I just had to share it with people I knew would understand my pain! I still had to fold and paste my pocketfolds, but all of that ridiculous cutting and printing of the actual invitation is complete!
