My big sister is pregnant 10ish weeks now and I am beyond happy for her! (first off I want to say I am in no way kicking her out and I have talked to her and she still wants to be a bridesmaid) I did the math and realized that she is going to be 37 weeks pregnant at the wedding. I have a few questions I would like some help with!
What designers have the best maternity dresses? or what style would be easiest to alter to fit a big baby belly?
What should I do to make sure that she is comfortable for the day I know 37 weeks is really far along…

As i’m in Australia I can’t really help with brands but one of my bridesmaids was pregnant – not quite as far along – more like 31/32 weeks and I just let her choose something that she was comfortable with (empire line gown) and my other bridesmaid had a different dress but in the same colour as she has a wonderful figure and I wanted her to be happy too. As for the day itself I just let her decide on her own thing and participate in what she felt up to. She missed some of the photos and actually ended up being quite sick for non pregnancy related reasons but the pregnancy exacerbabted it. In the end she was only at the reception for about an hour and missed the bridal party entrance e.t.c but it didn’t matter because how she felt was more important.

Make sure she’s able to sit during the ceremony, let her wear flats and just let her pick her own dress in your color. If you want all your bridesmaids to wear the same, choose an empire style dress.
Don’t give her any tasks during the wedding and whenever she feels tired, let her be tired and do nothing for a while and she’ll be fine.

How exciting you are going to be an aunt! I think just let me make the call on being comfortable. I obviously don’t know your sister but i’m sure she is going to let you know what will be too much. Especially being so far along. Hopefully you guys are close enough that you guys can be open with one another.
I just googled Maternity Bridesmaid dress
Here are are couple the popped up. Many of them seem very similar.

@MsPanda: Make sure she has soewhere to sit. even if she prefers nothing, a stool cane well placed can be a third term lifesaver!
