What song are you dancing to with your dad?  Could your dad maybe share the song, and have your son “cut in” for the middle part of it, or the entire second half?  I’ve heard of that being done before, and it’s very sweet, with the three generations.  I think you should keep the husband-wife first dance as just between the two of you– I know mine was one of my favorite parts of the night.

My suggestion would be to invite other fathers and daughters in for the end of your dance with your dad (and maybe into a second song) and then do the same with mothers and sons that way your son doesn’t have to dance to a full song with you.

Can you explain how they’d be fit in, within your timeline?  Would they be all grouped together?  If so, I think four “special” dances is a lot– if they’re each three minutes long, that’s a ton of time for people to be standing/sitting around watching you all dance.

Could you maybe dance with your son while your Fiance dances with his mother?  (Maybe join them halfway through?)

I like jhphi’s idea of splitting the song… you could even mix it up so you slow dance with your dad and then speed it up for your son!
