Oh my — I grew up in Seattle and definitely know how bad local commercials are there (Vern Fonk comes to mind, along with that really obese carpet guy??) but… HAWAII IS FAR FAR WORSE! LOL! Gosh let me try to dig one up for you. They are unreal.

OH MAN! LOL OMG!!

(just for reference at the attempted humor here, the term “Tutu” is hawaiian slang for a grandma…)

Wow, I am embarrassed for anyone from the state of Washington…  I’m pretty sure I would never watch TV again just to avoid the possibility of hearing that commercial.  It’s definitely stuck in my head already and I only listened to it once.  I kind of want to go wash my hands now…..   lol

Haha that’s crazy.  I sort of think it’s sad that we need dumb gimmics to get people to wash their hands though.

That’s the type of commercial that little kids will like, though. I bet four year olds will like it. 🙂   Yep, definitely cheesy! lol

Both the Washington state and The cab commercial have accomplished what they were designed to do- you remember them!

It is pretty pathetic but also sadly true, that people need to be told to wash their hands (see previous posts on that topic).

Cheesy but okay.  The message is good and at least they didn’t spend a fortune on an ad team (I hope!)
