I think everything sounds delicious.. I am worried though that there isn’t a “lunch” option, since generally brunch is a mix of both… and even though your breakfast options sound great… what if someone would like a basic brunch lunch option?

What time will you be serving?.. I guess if it was before 11, all breakfast would be fine, but then I’d say you were serving breakfast as opposed to brunch.

Everyone was really surprised, in a super good way – even though it was Brinner.  it’s just so different from what we consider “typical” wedding food.

I’m so hungry now.  Brunch is my favorite meal!  It sounds delicious to me.  Can I come?

If your dad eats before he comes he is going to be STUFFED!  Your menu is amazing and I think you have enough options to please almost everyone!  As someone that has weird dietary issues I say do what makes you guys the happiest, and those of us that have restrictions will make do!

You had me at “build your own waffle station.” That all sounds amazing! Lol I think I would be one to pick the “manly” breakfast and feel silly about it. Eh I’m not too keen on putting gender labels on things and usually go with the opposite for the heck of it.

@Imagelicious: Haha well I figured you meant it as a little joke. I just got a kick out of the fact that I would pick the manly breakfast. I think that I meant that I would also be more inclined to pick the “manly” breakfast simply because it was labled that way. When I was little I used to love wearing easter dresses every day, but I would run around yelling “I love the color blue because I’m a girl and it’s ok for me to like the color blue! I hate the color pink!” lol I wasn’t ever particularly feministic either. I’m not quite sure where that all came from…

Our wedding was on a NON-Traditional day…Friday!!!  And we saved a TON of money and had lots of wiggle room in negotiating with vendors because of the non-Saturday date.

We considered the Sunday brunch as well.  I think it’s an amazing menu and should be a fantastic wedding!!!

This sounds great to me! I’m doing a brunch menu as well and I think your salmon will suffice for a lunch option.
