@AnotherMrsBrown: stay safe down there!!! I’m sure your dress will be ok – if they do need to evacuate your seamstress, surely she’ll take the dresses with her because that’s her business on the line.
I’m up in Laramie WY and it’s been raining like *crazy* here, but nothing as bad as northern CO is getting. Be safe!

Yay CO bees! I was just thinking about all the people getting married this weekend / getting ready to get married who would be affected by the terrible flooding. Was your seamstress on Pearl street?

- Wedding: October 2013 - Dalhousie Castle
So far we are still dry and have power. I just got hold of the seamstress and she says the dress is also safe and dry for now. She just has not been able to get to it to finish it off. Phew. We are having a destination wedding so no worries on the venue as long as we can get to the airport.
Sorry for all those others that are experiencing the flooding too. It’s pretty scary being cut off and I am worried for my friends that leave near the worst areas. 🙁
