I don’t know why, but lately I have been getting hungry late at night. It’s totally frustrating, because it even keeps me awake when I should be sleeping. I don’t think it’s that my calorie intake is too low. I don’t honestly know at this point what my calorie intake is per day because I don’t watch it too carefully, but I’m betting it’s at least the minimum amount needed to maintain my weight (if not more 🙁 ). So what gives with the late-night munchies?
I’ve always heard that eating before bed is a bad thing when you’re trying to lose weight. What do you bees do when your tummy thinks it’s time to eat instead of sleep?
