Ugh, I’m sorry that’s so annoying! Especially that she didn’t offer to get them cleaned or anything. The other day I had a waiter spill ketchup all over my pants, purse, and new coat (it was the first time I wore it) and the restaurant didn’t really do anything about it! Luckily it all came out. I hope the same goes for your shoes!!

Did you use any type of protective spray on them before you wore them? (I use a scotch guard like spray that I bought with my first 2 pairs of uggs). That does help with stain removal if you did.

Did a little google search then called my cosuin who works for Uggs distribution to confirm before I sent you this.. He said it will work and has done it on his uggs and his daughters.

I’m so sorry! ๐Ÿ™

My awesome tan leather boots that I bought from the UK got ruined by this rude lady – she dropped a bottle of OPI nail polish (IN RED) on the tiled floor at a department store, which shattered all over me…. she was like, oops, and walked off. No offer to help, and the boots were stuffed.

@eloping: Hahaa! Yeah, really. Every time I wore my old tan ones outside they’d get destroyed. Now they’re my beater shoes. Go figure. House Boots.

@Mrs.T To Bee: I’m sorry that happened to your Uggs. Obviously that woman had no idea what those things cost. I hope they can get the stain out!
