jaia07:  I’m so, so sorry for your loss. There are no words 🙁

A very similar thing happened to my friend just a few months ago. She was perfectly healthy and everyone at the hospital was very kind and attentive to her but her little girl was stillborn nevertheless. I think the way the hospital treated you was absolutely terrible and everyone there should be ashamed of themselves! But I guess what I’m trying to say is that sometimes even the best care can’t stop such things from happening. There’s just no way anyone could make sense of what happened to you. What helps my friend through her pain is that she keeps telling herself her daughter was an angel and God decided she belonged in heaven right away. I hope you can find some sort of comfort too.

You’re in my thoughts.

Oh mama, I am soo sorry for your loss. I am an OB nurse, and reading the way you were being treated is breaking my heart for you. That is not ok. However your little angles heart rate sounded like it was very reassuring and good at a time. If her hr was 150 and then went all the way up to 190 is actually a good sign since it would come back town. Now if u said to me that she had a hr of 150 then went down to 90s with contractions and then sent u home, that would have been an issue. So by just reading what is there I wouldn’t think they would want to induce you esp if you are sick. Sometimes in child birth these things happen and it’s the saddest thing I can imagine. Thinking of you and your family through this hard time. Take care of yourself.
