First of all, deep breaths, if you stress out you won’t be helping the situation any.  I don’t think you need to worry about how many pounds to loose, cause to be honest, in two weeks, you should only lose two or three, maybe.  That’s if you’re doing it the healthy way anyway.  I think your best bet is to worry about bloat, water weight, etc.  Stop eating salty things, and things like white bread, white pasta, pastries, etc.  Stick to whole grains, eat oatmeal for breakfast, maybe do some cardio, NO ALCOHOL! That would probably help you to lose some of whats making you feel bloated/puffy.  Those are my two cents anyway.  Good luck!

You might be better off paying the $90 than trying to starve yourself. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week, so you could safely lose 4 pounds in two weeks…is it worth stressing out and starving yourself over? You can’t spot-target weight loss (believe me, I’ve totally tried). In the long run, $90 is not that much in exchange for your health and sanity on your wedding day.

There is also the Scarsdale diet… its hard, but you do get to eat and you can lose a good amount really fast. Of course check with your doctor first, but I think the instructions are available online, it really works.

The easiest way i lost weight in 2 weeks was just cutting out all carbs, or eat carbs in the day, but none after 5! and no alcohol :(! it does work!

it also looks like you’re slouching in the pic a wee bit, even standing up straight should help!

I suggest just paying the $90 to loosen it up a bit. It’s cutting it close (2 weeks) to be dieting. You want to eat healthy now so your skin is glowing and so you have lots of energy once the next 2 weeks will be so physically and emotionally draining. Best of luck.

Cut out carbs/go gluten free. Cutting out carbs makes me a cranky biatch but it does help with the weightloss!

Exercise, drink lots of water, and cut out greasy and processed foods.  Carbs are okay as long as they are complex carbs (whole wheats and whole grains).  Also, it could be that the dress will fit better when you’re wearing the corset and have on all the right undergarments.

ok, I would never ever normally recommend this, but…maybe you could do a little “evacuation”? Again, I would NEVER normally suggest that, but cleaning yourself out some might help.

I have a 3 day diet I reverted to once, my doctor gave it to me to try before a surgery, it’s in effort to take any extra weight off around the gut before a surgical procedure (especially for heart patients), but it’s not to be used as a long term diet, repeat, not to be used in the long term. It usually results in around 3 pounds weight loss, and is basically a combination of vitamin rich vegetables and protein, let me know if you want it.

In all seriousness, you look GORGEOUS. I’d take the $90 option.

Are you wearing a bra in your pic? If so, take if off and see if that helps.  the bra perks the girls up which could make your bust wider around.  I wanted to wear a bra with mine and they couldnt get it closed, but when I took it off it fit perfectly. (this could help with it being tight around your chest)

As for losing weight in general, just watch your salt intake and drink lost of water! Try running, I find that when I’m trying to lose weight running helps A LOT!!

I agree with the ladies that said to pay the $90. A lot of those “loose weight fast” diets are crash diets and I can pretty much bet you don’t want to be literally passing out on your wedding day from lack of nutrition.  I have managed to loose just about 30 lbs over the course of 5 months, but I did so through portion size, healthy eating, and running. Avoid carbs and alcohol for the 2 weeks and little to no salt…but EAT…and LOTS of water. Also, fit in moderate exercise (a walk, jumping jacks, etc) when you can.

Best of luck, but remember you’ll look great no matter what!!
