Deep-fried Mars Bars?  Homemade mini donuts with powdered sugar and cinnamon?

Whenever I’ve had funnel cakes, you also had the option to put fruit sauces and/or ice cream on top as well.  Strawberries and ice-cream on funnel cakes, oh my!

Dude, this wedding sounds Kick Ass!  So much fun!

Funnel cakes make my threat so very likely. Yummy! As for it being a lot of junk food, I’m sure once you meet with a carterer they’ll have ideas on how to incorporate more “healthy” food. It’s going to be awesome. Great ideas creativeplannertobe!

@katiedee: question, where’s the cotton candy? That’s one of the first things that comes to mind with a carnival.

By The Way, your wedding sounds awesomesauce!

@SoontobeMrsA:

yup-forgot lollipops on that list -oh and of course Dunkin’ Donuts.  And we’ve already talked about CottonCandy drinks-and I found a recipe for another cocktail drink…TBA  🙂

The kids can eat the corn dogs! And I third the vote for cotton candy. It’s a must!

I hate funnel cake, but I love me some Beaver Tails (also called elephant ears). MMMMMMM!!!!!

@SoontobeMrsA: I think in the States they’re called elephant ears. That’s a less funny but more appetizing name!    There’s also a pub out here called the Puck & Beaver. Just sayin 😉
