I use pinterest for interesting wedding things I see on the internet. I have a wedding folder on my computer for files. I keep the paper copies of contracts and other vendor-related things in a folder that I also use for recipes; that way I know I won’t misplace it.

This is my wedding binder 🙂 very much related to where we got engaged. It’s not exactly organised at the moment (and I am a very organised person, think ocd!) But some of the ideas on here are very helpful!

Yes! I have the Knot binder, the Erin Condren wedding planner and then a separate binder for contracts/brochures.

I had debated getting a binder from B&N, but after looking through all of them one afternoon… not one had everything I wanted. So, I just made my own! I bought a big binder, plastic page separaters for each topic, and then filled it in with articles I’d find, or with a checklist and more information from a website I found. It worked great.

- Wedding: Hawksnest Cove Beach St John USVI
I’m a super organized person and couldn’t find a checklist that had everything I needed so I’ve made my own, but some things that I’ve added that many forgot: getting rings sized, hair trials, making nail appointments, calling credit card company (if leaving the country), blocking hotel rooms, music list of must play songs, creating a packing checklist, requesting time off work, pet sitting arrangements, getting wedding favors, creating signature drinks/ custom menu, shopping for welcome bags.
Most bees will do these things but I like putting them in my timeline / budget. If anyone wants my digital checklist I made feel free to PM me. It looks daunting, but I feel better LOL.

I got whatever one was top rated on Amazon at the time. Less than $20 including shipping. It’s by Mindy Weiss and I LOVE it!

I have a folder with dividers. I need paper so I can read easier than online.
