- Wedding: November 2011
I guess this could go under emotional as well, as this is just one of the many things that makes me want to call the whole wedding planning process quits!! I’m getting married in November 2011…5 months away and have loads to do yet no one seems to want to help including my wedding planner.
I found her online on a reputable deal site, the offer was up to $1000 of planning and services for $99. Too good to be true, I thought so too! I called up the company inquired a bit, she sounded very professional and told me once i purchase the deal they will follow up with me and to send her an email just in case. Long story short, I emailed her and called her, left her vm’s. I should have known from the beginning she’s unreliable since when she finally called me back she said her answering machine broke with the overwhelming response of the deal. We had one meeting (face to face) I’ve talked on the phone with her maybe twice and the rest is email correspondence. It takes her quite awhile to get back to me and it’s usually me chasing after her for a good time to call or seek ideas etc. Is this right?
I don’t feel like she cares about my wedding at all, in fact she’s way to busy for it and I don’t know what to do. I’m really bad at confrontations and apart from everyone else having “no time” for me this is bitter icing on the cake. 🙁 🙁 I want my money back because if she can’t help me why should I even waste my $99
