I just picked up his band today! we picked them out a few weeks ago. his was more expensive than mine but not much. 480 for his 400 for mine, though the matching band to my ering was 1200 for the eternity and 800 for half way but the jewelers showed us some similar rings by another designer that i liked just as much for 400. i cant wait till mine is ready.

His wband was more than mine.  We both have simple white gold bands, but his is wider and with his larger ring size, the weight in gold is a lot more than mine, making it more expensive. [attachment=1473061,186779]

Ours too! His is a 5mm platinum band, with hand engraving of my fingerprint (the engraver basically traced my fingerprint – took 2-3 hours to do) – his was over twice the price of mine!

Haha- his will be 2-4x the price of mine. I want a plain, thin band while he wants a thick band with sapphires which we will end up having to go custom with.

My fiance’s band is 5 1/2 times more expensive than my ring!!!! I wear a size 4 ring and he wears a size 9.5. My e-ring is a handmade heirloom over 100 years old and to match it I needed to have diamonds the same size as it. It was SO hard to match. We found a beautiful ring to match it, and then we bought his to match mine with 5 channel round diamonds equal to the amounts of diamonds in my e-ring and w-band. That cost a fortune!! But he wanted a big ol’ whopper. lol and the smaller diamonds look perfect on my itty witty finger. funny how that works. so I tease him for his “yuppy” taste! lol I’m perfectly fine with it! I love my our rings!! I love how mine is all dainty! *giggles*

My husband’s ring was almost $400 more than mine…like others have said, his is much larger and heavier, so more gold was used. His hands are much bigger than mine, so I joke his ring is like the ring from LOTR 😉

Oh, yes.  Mine’s just a thin white gold band…and he found a good sale.  Like others have mentioned, his is bigger and wider, and his has a hammered/textured finish.

His ring cost $500 more than mine.  It is thicker and heavier.

We both love our rings and can’t wait!!!

His is a couple hundred more than mine. We’re both getting platinum, but since his band is larger and wider, it will cost more.
