Hello, bees! I finally got the courage to start posting, and I thought I would start with my shoes! I found them at a local DSW for $54 and some change.
I was looking for something comfortable and pretty with a medium heel (these are around 2.5 inches, I think). The funny thing is that the box– and the shoes– have “Nina” as well as the Nina web page url on them. But on the DSW webpage, they are by Audrey Brooke (a DSW-owned brand). The style is “Valinda.” Strange, huh? The brand doesn’t matter to me. I just love the look! It does make me wonder about show branding and manufacturing, though.
Anyway, whatcha think? Are you looking for heels that are pretty and feminine but not to high?

I love those!! I already have mine (they’re gray), but I would totally be looking those up if I didn’t have mine purchased already.
And welcome to the bee!

(welcome) and those are super cute! I LOVE DSW! I’m actually looking for about the same height in like…PURPLE! I’m not a cutesy kinda girl myself, but I love those shoes!

Those are really cute! I’m trying to decide between ivory and blue for a shoe color and want a smaller heel size as well.

I really like those! That’s exactly what I was looking for, not sure how I missed those when I was on my massive shoe hunt. I love the ones I ended up with, but those would have been great!

Thanks for the welcome, gals 🙂
@thisismeAXiD: DSW is fantastico! I like that I don’t have to involve a salesperson and that I have tons of options. I wish you luck in finding your shoes! Purple is a great color. I was focused more on the height of the heel than the color. Luckily, the white shoes I found were cute and not the usual “wedding-y” shoes. :o) And I’m almost embarrassed to admit it, but I’m getting into the cutesy thing. Not bad for a girl who used to refuse to wear pink!
@Jaynee: Did you go for a medium heel, too? 🙂
