So when I got engaed last April I was overwieght. I was 72KG Especially considering I’m 5’2 and I slowly started trying to eat better and be more active.
As of today I am 60kg and I am so proud of myself.
I’ve dropped the bulk of my weight since Christmas so in the last 3 months and I’m feeling the best I’ve felt in years. I’ve gone mostly sugar and carb free and am doing low salt. Also almost totally cut out alcohol. Am a beer drinker so that was hard haha. Still have off days and but so far so good. I’m drinking at least 3 Liters of water a day and going to the gym an hour most nights (I’ve found switching from cardio to weights REALLY worked for me – toned up really fast and lost my dreaded back rolls haha.
I just want to share this cos I’ve been chubby for the last like 6 years and really struggled to drop weight and want to show everyone that you can drop weight healthily! I’m practically obsessed with eating well and exercising now but still think I’m at a really normal and healthy weight.

This is me the week before Christmas – 3.5 months ago. Toned up a bit and they’d altered the sleeves of my gown to modernise it. At this stage the corset back is already as tight as it’ll go so we decide to take it in some more to accomodate weight loss:
And finally this is me last night. She’d taken 10cm off the circumference of the bodice and it tied up completely at the back but was a bit too loose so it’s getting made even smaller. 🙂
