Wow!!!

Congratulations on what you have accomplished, so far πŸ™‚

You should continue to be very proud of yourself πŸ™‚

I am also doing a restart. I gained almost 15lbs after we were married just because I was back to eating bad things. You have inspired me with your story to move forward even more than I already have. I started a workout program and also started tracking my food about 3 weeks ago and have only lost 3lbs. You have made me want to work harder to get to where I want to be.

I look forward to some updates on you. I am cofident that you will accomplish your goal, even sooner than you think πŸ™‚

Also, your little girl is so adorable and I am sure that when she is older and you share your story with her she will embrace you and be so very proud of her mommy πŸ™‚

I am looking to re-start a re-start. πŸ˜‰ I weighed at least 210lbs at one point in my life. I lost it all once I was off medications.  I also became a lot more active.  I eventually got down to 125lbs.  I felt amazing.  I strutted my stuff like you wouldn’t believe.  I guess I became too damn comfortable and gained a lot back.  Thankfully it’s not all. Fiance and I began to go back to the gym and watch what we were eating.  Of course, we failed and fell right back to where we are.  It took me crying the other day to realize that I can’t stand the way I look anymore.  I’ve lost all confidence.  So, tomorrow is a new day and a new journey!  I wish you the best of luck and hopefully we can make it!

WAY TO GO! I started a weight loss journey last year, but I have been on a break for several months as well and want to get back with it. I am restarting my journey this week too – we can do it! Are you counting calories? What kind of workouts are you doing? I am using myfitnesspal.com (since it’s free!) to track calories, but I don’t really know what I’m doing as far as exercise goes. Keep posting about your progress and we can all help each other! You look great!
