Skittles131:  It’s totally ok to cheat every once in awhile! I look at it as a reward for being so good most of the time πŸ™‚ you’re doing great & will reach your goal soon.

i had a tough week last week but lost 1.2 lbs regardless! Yay! πŸ™‚

Skittles131:  congrats on the weight loss!!

Today at was my weigh in day. I lost 2.8 today that puts me at 9 pounds in 4 weeks! I know this will slow but this weigh in puts me in the teens to lose (19.2) which sounds much more doable then over 20 for some reason

Skittles131:  thats great progress! I am .5 lbs away from the 10 lb weight loss mark as well, I can’t wait! Its really dragging and I definitely splurged too much last weekend too.

But Im starting a week long vegan cleanse next week, including 3 days of juicing (very high quality coldpressed veggie/fruit mixes- 6 a day!)  and Im really excited about that. It will reset my taste buds to crave healthy food and shrink my stomach back to its natural size. Itll be nice to be craving kale instead of candy!

Congrats on the losses, everyone!  I am down another 1.4 this week, and I was afraid I wouldn’t lose after being a bit indulgent over the weekend, lol.

Let’s get it this week, gals! πŸ™‚

mrs_pudding_pop:  congrats on the loss! I think the common thread is the amount we cheat on the weekends but to me this is what makes it not a diet but a change in lifestyle. (Hope you could follow that really long run on sentence)

Skittles131:  1.5 pounds is GREAT! 11 pounds is 6 weeks is right on target (a little a head of in fact) for the 1.8 pounds per week you needed when you started.  From what you posted it dosent look like you hit a plateau so don’t stress about that. Instead just keep up the good work!

Tomorrow is my weigh in day so I will post then and let you all know how it goes.

Tracille:  Thanks!  I am down another 1.2 making my total 7.4 over 5 weeks.  I am quite happy with that because I want to lose slowly but surely so it has a better chance of staying OFF for good!  I do know I want to cut back on the drinking so I see bigger losses week to week… Wish me luck!

Everyone looks like they’re doing fantastic, keep it up ladies!
