so I haven’t checked in for two weeks but I’m back now! My weigh in two weeks ago was on my birthday. I spent the whole next week eating crap (few beers when I went out, actually eating the birthday cup cakes I got) then to top it off the night before I weighed in I ate Jack-in-the-box and movie theater popcorn normally my pre-weigh in diet is low sodium and usually has a salad in it). So not surprisingly I gained…a lot…like 3 pounds to be exact.
i decided to not to let this get to me and instead actually tracked everything I ate for a whole week! I don’t think I have ever done this before (I usually get to dinner hand just assume I had enough points and don’t actually put it in my app). I even got my favorite sees chocolate butter egg for Easter and have only managed to eat 3/8 of it since the whole thing is 24 points (and the points I ate fit into my daily limit!!). weighed in yesterday and lost 4.8 pounds which proves to me that a lot of the gain was from sodium intake the night before AND also that the plan works when you follow it.
So over two weeks my net loss was 1.8 pounds…not to bad I say. This puts me at a total of 12 pounds down in 7 weeks. The 16.2 pounds left probably won’t happen in my initial goal of 7 weeks but I hoping that I will be down at least 6.4 more so I’m no longer considered overweight and could say that I have single digits remaining in my weight loss journey!!

well Im going to join the thread so I have a bit of accountability myself. I’m actually a lifetime member who joined back when I was 22 and I lost 60lbs…. (Ive been through like 10 diff WW re-vamps lol… like they change the program every so often)
Im 33 now and even though I’ve always kinda “did it on my own” when I reached goal, I still go to the odd meeting etc… and I will say that in the last 5 years (since 28…..) the few extra pounds have been creeping up. I think my body’s changed since I’ve been 22 and my original goal is no longer my real life goal lol…
I kinda let things slide more then I should have after the wedding but we had such a busy life at the time it was just too much to be focused on eating right and exercise (I know I know) …but the month after our wedding we had to get our house ready to sell because our new home (we built) was supposed to be ready, then we had some minor renos to do in the old place, got it done, house for sale, started packing for new place, crazyness of holidays and we moved into our new house Dec 20th… so….. ya….. we ate a lot over the holiday and a lot of take out cause we werent organised. Then we went on our all inclusive honeymoon for 2 weeks in march….. food food food, booze booze booze lol….and here we are!
Right now Im probably about 15 lbs to what I should be and Im really determined.
I will say this ladies… there will be good days and bad days, good weeks and bad weeks, and sometimes we have a horrible day and think “well I might as well blow the rest of the week…” (Ive been there… several times lol) but it does work. Sometimes it takes longer then you might want but it slowly comes off… I had months where I only had like .2, .4 losses and I think WTF… and a lot of gains instead of losses but in the end I made it! One thing that will piss you off is men… they have huge losses compared to us but its all in how were made… (my DH has been eating somewhat ok for the last 3 weeks and has lost 15 lbs??? like WTF???? me?? im trying and I had gained 2????)
I remember this one from a meeting……..”nothing tastes as good as skinny feels” lol (obviously healthy/looking goods more appropriate but thats the phrase)

Hi ww buddies let me introduced myself I am the Future Mrs. Honey, im 31 an LVN and mom of 3 awesome little girls. i have joined ww and then stop going when i do see the results i expect over and over so i am here now ready, but this time my daughter is joining with me heavy people run in our family so im trying to help her before it gets out of control she 10 but a very unhealthy weight. I had a health scare and long story cut short my cardiologist told me if i didnt lose the weight i was going to die, he said there was already some damage to the blood vessels in my heart scary right. so I now have to be serious get this weight off, it didnt come on over night so i shouldnt expect to come off over night. I weighed in today and was a little shocked i had gained all the weight i lose back. BUT ITS ALL GOOD my wedding is not until November 2016 and i want to wear the Divina by Maggie Sottero, which i hope will still be around. i am putting off the dress until jan 2016 hopefully i would have dropped the weight by then. I look froward to speaking with you all

I lost about 13 lbs on WW, but then I slacked! I want to lose 8 more to hit my goal weight in time for dress shopping and my engagement party. So I’m back to trying! You just gotta stick with it, every day.

I would like to join this thread. I reached my lifetime WW goal in January of this year but I am slowly starting to put the weight back on. I have not been attending meetings due prioritizing my work and have not been exercising or drinking enough water. I want to catch the gain before it gets too much. I am attending a meeting tomorrow morning. I look forward to getting some support on this thread.

I weighted myself yesterday and lost 1 pound! YAY. I don’t do WW but just healthy eating and trying to workout. Following this thread.

I just started weight watchers two weeks ago! Tomorrow is my second weigh in. My first week I was down 3lbs.
I know this is kind of an old thread, but are any current bees on WW?

I am back on the WW wagon. I lost a bunch but then I started slacking in the name of engagement celebration. Would love to hit my goal weight for engagement photos, e party, and dress shopping!
My new weapon is the NutriBullet. I love it! Im replacing one meal a day (usually breakfast) with a big smoothie- 50% leafy greens, 50% frozen fruit, and a spoonful of coconut oil. That and actually tracking consistently. And eating out less- were trying to cut down dinners out to 1 a week mostly to save $$ but it helps in the weightloss dept for sure!
