I was so good for two weeks, going on the treadmill every day and logging all my food but then I got sick and then we had company and I have been coming up with excuses not to exercise for two nearly three weeks and because I wasn’t exercising I didn’t log my food either….. Anyone want to help motivate me to get back on track/stay on track? 🙂 I’m xokaleneox on myfitnesspal- Anyone else want to share names and help motivate each other to start “shedding for the wedding”? 🙂
My goal: I would like to lose 10 lbs to be thrilled with myself and have my dress fit perfectly (my boobs got bigger since I last tried it on), 15 would be insane but I’m not going to shoot that high but if it happens, superb. Right now I am 141-143 lbs on a given day at 5″4″. I’ve never been this heavy before and it is unfortunate because my wedding is in 5 months. HELP!

Me too! I don’t want to post my username here (because it’s the same as my email and I like to be sort of anonymous… not that I do a great job – ha), but if other people do I will friend up. I am hoping to lose 10-20 lb depending on what I can do with muscles. I haven’t been logging super well because of exam/semester stress but I am planning to get serious about it again tomorrow!

so I made the app it’s own box again (I moved it into a sub category so i didnt have to see it every day and feel guilty) oh the things we do to have a little christmas chocolate/make excuses to not be healthy
