I just spent about 30 hours over the spand of 5 days making and perfecting my wedding albums. I was going to buy one large one for myself and my husband, and 3 smaller versions for each of our parents. MyPublisher does not allow you to buy multiple books at once. If you want to buy duplicates of a book that’s fine, and you can make multiple books on their program, but you can’t buy them at once. That means that you pay S&H for each individual book, and that their coupon doesn’t save you as much money.
I spent weeks researching printing companies and I feel duped. I don’t know why they can’t print and package multiple books into one box. Their customer service team says that it’s impossible and that’s not how they work. I called and spoke with two agents. They were very curt and not at all helpful. They kept saying “that’s the way it is” and “my hands are tied” and “there’s nothing I can do.” Now I’ve worked in a call center. I would have been reamed up oneside and down the other if I had ever talked to a customer that way. Even if you can’t do anything, you don’t phrase it that way. That is terrible customer service. I’m thoroughly pissed that I spent so much time building these wedding albums and they “can’t help me” because it “is the way it is.”
I asked if there was a way for them to credit me back partial S&H since I’d be spending about $250 even after 50-60% off coupons. Their answer to everything is no.
Now I’ve lost 30 hours of my time and I still have to find another printing company.
