    @HisNightOwl2014: I think Having only beer and wine is a great idea to save $! Guests can toast with whatever they’re drinking no biggie:)  I will definitely be doing one though, FH loves champagne.

    Edit: Maybe she means no champagne but maybe another liquor?

    Okay, OP, if you don’t want alcohol, just use sparkling cider.  That will at least taste delicious!

    I haven’t read your other thread, but we offered our guests a choice of either champagne or sparkling cider for our toast.

    Just have your guests toast with what is in their glasses and don’t worry about N/A champaign.  It is just an added expense.  I find those who do like champaign like the GOOD stuff, not the cheap stuff and most really don’t care for it.  They take a sip and ditch the rest.
