Hi all, soooooo I Loved the color that Meghan Markle had on her nails for her wedding. I read an article and found the color ( ballet slippers by Essie). I thought it was so sweet that she wore this color, as it is the Queens favorite. I wore acrylics FOR YEARS!!!!! And it saddens me HOW damaged my nails are. I told my Fiance ” it’s like paying for facials every 2 weeks and still having bad skin. ” I want my nails to be healthy and I LOVE the classy look from short nails. I bought the polish, cut my nails short so there even. I just have to get used to ” the look” 😂 without nails ( like A lot of girls) I feel I have man hands. LETS SEE YOUR NAILS

pink624 : I love that color! You could try using a Q-tip with some nail polish remover to clean up around each nail — I have to do that when I do my own nails bc I have no skills.
I always keep my nails short, I can’t stand long nails. This is my all-time favorite color on me, MAC Snob. It was sent to me by my BFF so it’s extra special 🙂
I also love CND’s Romantique when it comes to pale pinks!

TheGridMonster : I love that MAC color. I need to get that. Yeah I needed to put a Qtip to them but had to be somewhere yesterday, so I was able to clean them up yesterday. Light colors worry me cause I feel my skin is too dark for them. I was happy ballet slippers looked nice

I actually really like the Nails Inc. Back to Life Recovery + Treatment. It’s a sheer pink that levels well and is buildable. I’m a tan olive and pinks look very light and weird on my skintone. This looks super clean and glossy after 1 coat and then takes on a more milky pigment with 2 coats. It’s very pretty.
