That looks fantastic. As someone who pretty much hates frosting, I would be all over that cake!

@anglang25: Lol, very true. Fiance gets super annoyed whenever I bake because I use like the thinnest layer of frosting possible. As long as the cake is covered, it’s enough! Only for his birthday does he get the inch of frosting that he likes.
