I think we’ve settled on a name for our little boy but wanted to make sure there wasn’t a negative connotation we missed. For example, Jackson is a family name we definitely want to use (nickname Jack) but with a last name that is the opposite of Less, I couldn’t get past the “jack off more” potential so it got relegated to a middle name. Can you think of anything terribly unfortunate about William (Liam) Jackson? Initials would be WM, LM, WJM or LJM.

I never would have thought of that! I don’t think it would be a problem… I went to school with a Michael Hunt and never even realized until I was in college that his name could have a rude connotation!

Sounds good to me! I like it!

I think you’re ok no matter which name you put first. Even if Jackson was his first name, as long as you don’t make his middle name “Off”, you’re all set!

Perfect. Thanks so much!
@WhiteWedding: That’s funny. I still didn’t get it. Had to ask Darling Husband what the funny part was. I blame it on the baby brain. 🙂
