We love Camille Pearl for a girl, but we completely disagree on boy names! My favorite boy name is Robin, he hates it tee-hee. We both agree on Simon though…

@mrsjapley:  We are loving Reese for a boy or a girl too!

Darling Husband is obsessed with the name Santana, which I hate. I finally told him we could compromise and use it as a middle name so we made a deal that our next baby, boy or girl, would be Reese Santana. I didn’t love it at first but it’s growing on me. ๐Ÿ™‚

@ilovestripes:  I hate it when people take a baby name you like…  especially if it’s a unique name.  I think you should go ahead and name your future daughter Ariana anyway!

I had a similar thing, where I liked the name “Cali”   Acutally, I thought I made that name up because I never heard of anyone being named that before.  But then my cousin named her daughter that!  I couldn’t believe it because I thought I “invented” the name.  haha!  It’s like George Costanza and the name “Seven”  But my cousin didn’t know that I liked that name… in fact she said it was her husband’s name choice.  But she also said that people never know how to pronounce her daughter’s name.  And that makes me feel better… ๐Ÿ™‚  I don’t want my kid having to deal with people mispronouncing his/her name all of the time!

So as of today we like these names:  Benjamin (Ben) and Elizabeth (Libby)

We have a boy name for sure which is Beauden Stanley Edward the girl name is a bit harder because I’m still trying to convince him to go with Kennedy Ada Lee but we have a cabin at Kennedy Lake so hes a little hestitant on that one ๐Ÿ™ all the names I really love like Rylee and McKenzie his cousins have already named their kids that. But I’m thinking I’ll get the final say when the baby is in my belly ๐Ÿ™‚

Darling Husband and I go back and forth on names all the time!

Here’s what’s currently on my list, for first or middle names.

  • Quinn
  • Emily
  • Charlotte
  • Elle
  • Arya

  • Max (I like just Max and Darling Husband thinks he should have a “full” name like Maximillian :/ I like Maxton but he hates that too. Womp.)
  • Miles
  • Owen
  • Carter
  • Chase
  • Ryan
  • James

My fiance and I have already named our daughter, but refuse to tell anyone. Boy – we have an idea but not 100% – (we are not pregnant or TTC but it is just fun for now to think of names)

But we do create names that are totally hilarious – his last name rhymes with all sorts of words – it is great fun. In addition, we look at boy names and try to think of ways some little punk could spin it on the playground – we want a solid name, no way to tease.

A lot of people are picking Oliver for a boys name, making it very popular – think we will change our mind just on that premise alone.

@newbabybee:  I feel you! I was a big fan of Isabelle, Zoey, Sophia, & Emma, but they are all SO popular now! My parents almost names me Jessica, but ended up deciding on Monique. So glad, do you have any idea how many Jessicas there were in 1987? I hardly ever run into another Monique! (though the Starbucks people still can’t figure out how to spell it)

@moniquaa:  I LOVE the name Elle.  I tried so hard to get Darling Husband on board with the name Elle Harper but he HATES it.  Boo!

If we have a boy we both agreed on Brady Paul.

We have a harder time agreeing on baby girl names.  The only two contenders we can both agree on are Irie Rose and Camden Rose.  I am really, really, really leaning towards Irie.

@RahlyRah:  I really don’t think my Darling Husband likes the name Elle either, but I think it’s so cute!  Maybe even Eleanor with the nickname Elle or Ellie?  CUTE.
