I’m having different travel destinations we’ve visited as our table themes and I’m trying to figure out how to incorporate this on the name place card, or if I even should. Each table will have a double frame with a picture of us in a particular destination on the right and a little story about that destination on the left. Right now, they just have the name of the guest with the words “table # ?” underneath the name. What I was thinking is writing something like “Cancun #7” or “Hawaii #10” instead. What is your opinion on this??

hi! i was also thinking of having travel themed table numbers! so your table have both the name of the destination AND a number? then in that case i think maybe having both would be best…but if your tables are just the destination name then forgo the number…..i like the idea of the double frame with the pic of you in that destination! good luck!

I’m thinking that is a lot of information. could you just have their name and destination location on them. and take out the table number, unless you feel that is really necessary for them to make sure they are at the right spot?

We did a chart instead of cards but we listed people as being at “The Frankie Manning Table” or “The Glenn Miller Table” and decided to forgo numbers all together to keep everything tidier. People didn’t seem to struggle with finding their tables.
