Hi bees! i’m wondering if anyone knows what these tall yellow flowers are? Do they look like they might be fake? The DIY blue-dyed mason jars can’t have water in them or the dye will come off, so I’m looking for a yellow flower that doesn’t need water. is this even possible? For bees who have dyed the inside of a jar/vase before, what did you use to make it water-proof?
Secondly, can anyone name these other yellow flowers that DO require water? And is the white one baby’s breath?

you can either just get the blue glass jars, the older ones are easy enough to find if you don’t need too many or paint the outside with tint and spray them with a thin coat of poly. it won’t make it water proof, but it will keep it good enough so that if a little spills on it it won’t be wrecked.
Have you looked in to dry flowers?
