They are dendrobium orchids.  You may also be able to use cymbidium (they tend to be more expensive, though).  Fifty Flowers and Grower’s Box both sell each type.  The smaller buds in the photo are flowers that have not yet matured.  I hope this helps!  :o)

Yorkie is right, they are dendrobium orchids.  They come in white, green, and a purple/fushia color.  🙂
