    My concern would be how thick wash clothes are.

    Do you sew at all? Napkins are very, very simple to make, and you could reuse them at parties as easily as wash cloths.

    We bought our napkins on ebay. I just kept bidding until I got them for the price I wanted, which was cheaper then renting them. And now we have plenty of napkins for parties! I gave half of them to my mom and she gets a ton of use out of them.

    I think as long as you do something cute like tie them up with twine or make some cute napkin rings they’ll look just fine.

    Is a wash cloth like a towel? Because then its gonna be a bit thick like pp stated.. you can buy your own fabric and make your own napkins altho this would take a lot of time

    @crystalirene: oh, that sounds different from what I was picturing – I was picturing the kind of wash cloth that I use in the shower!

    Personally, I can’t say I like the way it looks.  Your material/texture is much different than the first picture you posted and just doesn’t look as nice and actually a little out of place.  Can you find some nice quality paper napkins instead?
