Should I use fabric I already own to sew a bunch of fabric napkins? I have a bunch of awesome fabric…I can sew, but I never do anything with all the fabric I have.
Here are some examples of fabric I have. I also have a lot that is blue/green/orange in various combinations and shades…but it would be pretty mismatched, though colorful and fun!

Does anyone have an opinion?

I’m a bit biased, because I have mismatched cloth napkins for my wedding. But I love it!! Those fabrics look beautiful together.

I think those colors/patterns look great together. Use what you have. 🙂

I think if your wedding is a bit more on the casual side, this is an awesome idea! They look cute together too. I say go for it!

I will ask again in about a week when I get back home and see exactly what fabric I have. I might have enough for one fabric per table…or something.

I like the mismatched!!! They coordinate well!

It you’ve got the time and talent I say go for it!!!

I love this idea. As long as the patterns are in the same color-family, they will look awesome together.
I’m jealous of your sewing talent. 🙁

Wow, I say if you can do it and you have the time/patience, go for it.

I love that idea! Would definitely be more on the casual side than formal though.

I love it but I think you’d have to keep the rest of the table settings very simple or it may look too busy. Love the fabrics though xx

I say go for it. I am going to be asking my ffmil to swe me some napkins too with the leftover fabric we have that she used to make overlays with.
