Even though my wedding is 6 months away, I’m stressed out over the weather conditions. I referred to the Farmer’s Almanac and it’s calling for tornado warnings and hail in my area on my date, and we’re having an outdoor ceremony/reception. I understand there is no way to accurately determine the weather six months in advance, but the almanac’s predictions are 80% accurate. Am I the only crazy one that seeks out weather forcasts six months in advance? If not, what other resources are availabe besides the almanac? I need something to contradict this hail storm to keep my spirits up!

I looked at the almanac as soon as I picked my date. I don’t think you’ll find anything else that can predict this far out. But I’m going to predict beautiful weather for you. And I bet I’m right at least 81 percent of the time.

Don’t stress over something that can’t be changed. Considering the almanac says “below-normal snowfall for New England” this winter, I’m going to assume its’ October forecast of cold and rainy is completely wrong. 🙂
