My doctor had me try kava at first. It really does help but man, it tastes like dirt. I went to a couple of kava bars at first to try it. They serve it with pineapple so that helps. Now I take it at home.

CBD oil from Grön is also great. Select Brand CBD is also tasty.

Then of course, low doses of THC (full spectrum of you can find it) helps a lot as well …including with my fibromyalgia pain.

Lastly, therapy! It is my crutch. It’s hard to find someone you like but when you do, it’s awesome!

Best of luck 🖤

Get yourself a really good multivitamin.  Do your research as a lot of them aren’t good.

Speak to a doctor before trying natural remedies – just because they’re natural doesn’t mean they don’t have proven psychoactive effects (in fact, they work because they do). Some are known to be activating, especially St John’s Wort, which can be dangerous for some mood and anxiety disorders.

Exercise, get bloodwork to make sure your thyroid and all is good, do yoga, cut out caffeine, drink herbal tea at night, no heavy alcohol use, and make time everyday to relax with quiet time (books are better than screens).

To help with mine: therapist and CBD oil. Both worked like a charm.

CBD oil is effective for anxiety but it’s not legal in every country, so it might not be available in your country. Valerian and Passiflora are good alternatives.

CBD oil, therapy, melatonin and physical exercize are all very helpful for me. I am also medicated, but these are certainly important parts of the regimen.

I started taking magnesium at night. My anxiety causes chronic muscle tension so I’m hoping over time the magnesium helps relax my tight muscles.

After seeing this post I started l-theanine & B6 this week to help combat my moderate to severe anxiety. I can’t thank you guys enough for the recommendation. My anxiety has already reduced significantly and I can finally breathe again. I know it is not the end of my treatment but only a piece but I am still very thankful. So bee, if you’re looking to try something this may be a good option for you. Works for me!
