Has anybody tried or had any luck with natural progesterone boosters? Mostly just an increase in consuming food with Vitamin B6?
I’m curious because I am pretty sure I suffer from low progesterone – I miscarried early (4.5 weeks) back in June/July and my obgyn said she couldn’t even tell I had been pregnant due to the thickness of my lining. I’ve also had other symptoms of low progesterone, so I just want to do whatever I can to thicken my lining during the luteal phase. My obgyn is cautious on starting me anything since I’ve only been trying for a few months (though it seems like forever) and told me to come back in 3mos if things are still a little off.
